2. What is the Order Processing Policy?
We only process order if the Billing Address matches the Shipping
Address, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
3. What is the Shipping Policy?
Wintersun Chemical generally ships only to the lower 48 states of
America. For others states, please call us for more information.
No we do not.
5. Can we get a better price?
Yes, for order in bulk quantity, please call our customer service.
6. What is the return policy?
Our return policy lasts in 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
7. What is the exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
sales@wintersunchem.com and send your item to: 1250 E Belmont St Ontario California US 91761.
8. Where can I return or exchange product?
Please mail your returned product to: 1250 E Belmont St Ontario California US 91761. You will be responsible for paying
your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please mail your exchanged product to: 1250 E Belmont St Ontario California US 91761. Depending on where you live,
the time it takes may vary for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should
consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your
returned item.
Returning is a simple process:

Complete the return information on the back side of the packing list or provide a note with the information listed
below.
Please include with the packing list or the note with the returned products:
- Your company name and account #
- The order #, if available
- The item(s) being returned
- Reason for returning the item(s)
b. Contact Wintersun Chemical
Call (909) 930-1688 or (800) 930-1688 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
c. Returning the item:
- Write the RA#/order# on the outside of the package.

9. How if I miss the refund or late receiving refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may
take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before
a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
sales@wintersunchem.com.
10. When do I need to file a complaint?
You have 30 days starting from the purchased date to submit the complaint.
You must provide the required information for the complaint. After 30 days you cannot file a complaint for refund or
exchange.
11. How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange
for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
